This building is real. The origins of the building itself are unknown, but it resides on the property of a restaurant and has been used as a bartending station. While it has been repainted, the building is unfortunately not in good condition. 

This kit is a quick build.

The kit includes laser-cut wood and Tichy details. We've also included two choices of roofing material- our own shingles and an asphalt roofing material.
