 By placing an order with Conowingo Models, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where a product is defective.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will replace the defective item or defective parts at our discretion.

If any parts are lost, missing, or broken during shipping or upon opening your kit, we will gladly replace those parts at no cost. Please contact us with your order number and details of the missing or damaged parts.

We do not offer product exchanges for any reason, including incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Conowingo Models is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Conowingo Models products are intended for experienced hobbyists aged 14 and older. These products are not toys and are not intended for children under 14. We strongly encourage younger modelers to enjoy the hobby with appropriate adult supervision.

If an item is on backorder, we intend to fill it within three (3) weeks, and we strive to complete backorders as quickly as possible—often sooner than the stated timeframe.

All products are intended for hobby and modeling use only. Conowingo Models is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, assembly, or modification of our products.

All designs, kits, images, and content are the property of Conowingo Models and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Conowingo Models reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
